Refunds and Exchanges
Guided by a VFJ jewelry specialist, we take time and care with all of our one-on-one in-studio appointments. We provide a comfortable environment for our clients to view, try on and learn all about our jewelry before committing to a purchase. Therefore, all of our pieces are final sale, which means we do not issue refunds/exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your jewelry during the time of purchase. VFJ is not responsible for any damage to the jewelry once it has left our studio. For repair assistance, please contact us at boutiquevishva@gmail.com.
